Payed Bill But Service Was Interrupted.

My son's phone number is I payed his bill online on the 5th when it was due. A message popped up and said something about some difficulty with the payment. So I tried it again. This time a message popped up that I had just made a payment. Today my son's phone is not responding so I guess the payment did not go through. I am going to try again but do not want to be charged reconnect fees.
