Service And Rebates ?

First thing I want to thank you for providing excellant service, in everyway.  In 2012, I broke and or lost two phones, this is #3. The first one I bought had a $50.00 rebate. sales person told me it comes automatic since it is special introduction. A week later I broke it,so i bought  the same phone again, same deal, $50.00 rebate. Eight months later I lost that phone, so I buy a better phone. also with a $50.00 rebate. this last phone I had to mail in the receipt in order to get my rebate, and I did. Now here we are 2013  New Year,  and I have not received any of my rebates  please help mr michael melendez

Help Owl is not associated with Metro PCS therefore we can't tell you what happened to your rebates. Have you tried using their online rebate tracker?
