I Have Lost My Wifi Connection, Who Do I Speak To Regarding Network Connectivity

I tried turning the wifi in my systems off & on. I turned my phone off & on, is there anyone who can help me get reconnected. I call 611 & the 888 number,there are no options to speak to a live person.....HELP
