I Can't Open Or Receive Any Picture Messages

I have bought a phone with T-mobile, it is unlocked Android. Everything works fine except picture messages. I am unable to send any or receive. The download always fails. Please help

I recommend calling Metro PCS and explaining the issue to them. They should be able to help you out. Here is the number: 888-863-8768.
