Why Can't I Install Microsoft Office 365 On New Computer.

I was informed there are errors on this computer and I would have to pay Microsoft to have a technician correct the problem. This package say I can install this software on 5 computers. Please assist. I should not have to pay a technician for this service.

You do not have to pay Microsoft to repair your computer before installing purchased software. However they are advising you that there are errors on the system which require fixing before the instalation can continue. As I have no details as to what your errors are I can only suggest you run some system diagnostics which there are free ones available from the internet. Make sure you have the correct version of O/S for the version of Office you are trying to install. Microsoft will also run online diags from their website but I do feel that these are inconclusive. ON-board is better.
