Unable To See More Cameras

I,m using Win 7 / 64 bits and IE 10 I was unable to see all the cameras on one screen on a given PC by IE 10 (runs on IE only) while on another running XP i,m able. I have to open each camera one by one and have no menu items. I tried to load SW from the video surveliance system. On taht PC is loaded Quck Time (Apple) The question is How to manualy load (if nessecary) an Add in or ActiveX
