Wanting To Have Windows Speech Recognition Start Minimised On Startup.

I have set up Windows Speech Recognition to start on startup. However, I'm wanting it to hide automatically. If there is no setting easily reachable, is there a way I can make it auto-hide by screwing with the settings manually? If there isn't a setting for it, how can I talk Microsoft into MAKING a setting for it?
