Shifting From 3rd To 4th (od)
Montero 1993, 3.0 V6 engine with automatic transmission. It takes to be at a speed of about 45 mph (sometimes up to 50 mph) for the transmission to shift up to the overdrive speed (4th gear), resulting in excessive gas consumption and hard to the engine. How can the shifting timing be ajusted so it shifts earlier to fourth gear, let's say at 35 mph?
Thanks in advance.
