Heating Issue

hello all, I have a 2005 mitsubishi endeavor. The problem that I'm having is the head isn't reaching the driver's side. I've found three actuators and they seem to be in operating. What am I missing?

There could be a few reasons why the head isn't reaching the driver's side in your 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Here are a few things you can check:

The blend door actuator: The blend door actuator is responsible for controlling the airflow to different vents in the vehicle. If the actuator is not working properly, it could prevent the air from reaching the driver's side vent. You can check the actuator by listening for a clicking sound when you adjust the temperature control. If you hear the clicking sound but the air is not moving, the actuator may be faulty.

The vacuum lines: The vacuum lines are responsible for supplying vacuum to the actuators. If the vacuum lines are cracked or leaking, it could prevent the actuators from working properly. You can check the vacuum lines by looking for cracks or leaks. You can also use a vacuum gauge to test the vacuum pressure.

The blend door: The blend door is the actual door that controls the airflow to different vents. If the blend door is broken or damaged, it could prevent the air from reaching the driver's side vent. You can check the blend door by removing the actuator and manually moving the door. If the door is broken or damaged, it will need to be replaced.

If you have checked all of these things and the head is still not reaching the driver's side, you may need to take your vehicle to a qualified mechanic to have it diagnosed.

Here are some additional tips:

Make sure that the vents are not blocked.

Make sure that the fan is working properly.

Try adjusting the temperature control to see if it makes a difference.

I hope this helps!
