Phone Stays On For 4 Sec. When Calling

Each time I call I lose call after 4 sec. I think there is something I did in the settings to cause this problem.I HAVE A MOTOGO EX431G PHONE FROM TELCEL. I need help correcting this ?

Greetings. This is most likely a carries glitch - I would sugest you contact them to have your service reset and connections reastablished - if you have just moved to a new area, then it may be that it lies outside the carrier's coverage area.
