Hi,

Have you tried to unpair and re-pair the headset with your phone? You can try to reset the headset to factory settings then pair it up again with your phone and check if you will observe the same thing.

Restore to Factory Settings

With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue.

You can also try to pair the headset to a different phone just to isolate the issue. If these troubleshooting didn't work, we for the bad experience, but the most effective way to manage this would be to contact our support organization.

They should quickly offer you a replacement. If the device is still in warranty. Motorola offers a standard one year warranty on your device, barring liquid or physical damage from the date of your purchase.

Here's how to contact us.

Hope this helps!
