Does The Motorola H720 Have A Battery
the blue light on Li stays on when I plug it in when I unplug it I don't get a blue light and I can't pair it with my phone

Yes, but it isn't designed to be replaced by the owner. I've tried & every time because of the small nature of the headset I've ended up replacing them.
