Motorola V360 Can't Hear Ringtones

Are you able to hear any other Multimedia file?

If you are able to hear other multimedias please go to menu -- Settings -- User Profiles -- Confirm that is not on Silent -- select the Profile -- Customize --Volume.

If not please contact us so we can check your repair options.
