How Do I Fix Blank Home Screen On Wx345?

i answered this question once before and now its gone. I have fixed it by removing battery while the phone is on and while battery is out i pushed on the memory chips and tapped the phone lightly on the desk and this worked numerous times. However I am tired of doing this and will request a new phone.

I have fornd that it IS the memory chips not making a good connection. I removed them and cleaned the contacts gently with very SMALL amount of alcohol Iso 90%. Problem has not reoccured.

Hello again, after sending the phone to be fixed at motorola it came back with the same problem,,ARRRRRRGGG. However I did fix it..it was the contacts of the battery o the phone. I used a very fine emery cloth and cleaned the contacts of the phone and battery and TADA! fixed.
