Try to power cycle the phone first, doing it will refresh the memory of your phone. It will also refresh the abnormal operations running on the background. You can do this by powering off the phone, removing the battery and letting it stay out for a couple of seconds, putting it back in and then turning it back on.

If you are still having the same error try to master reset your device to reset it to factory settings.

Hope this helps!
