I'm Trying To Download Mozilla Firefox Into A New Android Cell Phone
It just won't download. Can you help?

Are you trying to download it via the Play Store? Does it start loading for downloading and just never finishes (if this, it the case, clear cache & data from the Play Store app).
You can try downloading and running the "App Cache Cleaner" app and observe. Do be advised that you can also download an APK of the Firefox browser.
