What Mozilla product is the issue?

I suspect perhaps Thunderbird?

If you cannot hit the web site, then yes, odds are they are doing site maintenance and you'll need to wait it out although they usually leave a message on the home page about that when they do.  After all, they have more than one web server.

If Thunderbird is offline use the FILE pull-down menu and locate "Offline".  The menu will expand out to the right.  UNCHECK the "Offline" check-box and you should then transfer to online mode.

Also for each account you have installed there will be a colored dot in the lower left corner of Thunderbird.  Green means that email server is online and reachable, Red means there is an issue with that server.  Black means offline.  Right mouse click any of the dots to enable/disable individual email servers.

Hopefully that will get you back online.

Nothing. You can not control Mozilla's website. Try again later.
