Someone Made A Fake Profile Of Me, Can It Get Taken Down?

A fake profile was made of me including extremely personal photos of myself. The person deleted the account after i found out about it, but the photos and myspace url still show up when I google my name. I've already contacted google, but they won't do anything about it. Is there a way Myspace can clear the photos out so they wont show up in Google images anymore?
