How Can I Get Someone On Face Book To Quit Slandering People On It Do I Have Sue

But if you are on the otherside of the world well then thats a different story; you have to beg, plead, jump up and down and scream "Justice" and even then they don't give a damn unless it is a Government Official then that is also a different story, and they can, and do get away with murder or manslaughter!
I have a similar issue going at the moment with FB and recently seeked legal advice, in my country there is no Law and it is a FB issue (and believe me, FB don't give a damn and deactivate innocent people every day on say so of the ones doing the actual slandering and bullying and who encourages their friends to do a mass report (this is what FB acts on, the mass reports thing), in the mean time, child pornographers, paedophiles, preditors, cyber bullies, and those inciting violence ect get away with it due to FB ignoring them and acting on petty, spiteful, revenging vendettas.
In FB (Bully-Book land) there is no such thing as justice and a fair trial, nobody is interested in the truth even if you have notifications and screen save pics as evidence! I got banned for life under my real name without a reason and the two people who instigated it have fake accounts, one of them has three accounts going this very minute! and our fallout happened out of FB, In fact it was me that unfriend them, so how did I get mass reported????
However in my country we have what is called a Civil or Small claims court, you only dare go there if either you got the money to begin with OR if you have more than enough evidence and 99% sure you will win the case, if it is that clear and cut then if lucky you may be aproved community legal services or a probono may take it on.
But only go there if you know or are dead certain you have enough evidence to win, Because the Loser is the one that covers all court costs of both sides!
Depending on your country, research the Law Act online in your country, google is a good place to start, or go and see a free legal rep, However be warned most times there is no hope unless in US, in my country I am fortunate to have a case for "Slander with Malice" now will I be fortunate to be given legal rep???
If I were you I would unfriend the Malice Catty immature ........ and put them on Block and if anyone else complains secretly email them advicing them to do the same; but DONT make the same mistake as I did, before you block them make sure you report them first and encourage your friends to do a mass report.

Ctrl + Alt + Print screen; open a "paint" icon; click "Edit" on the tool bar; click "Paste" and "Save" his will be submissable in court, but will NOT work with FB, like I said they don't care there is NO JUSTICE OR FAIR TRIAL IN BULLY-BOOK LAND!!!
