Problem Napster Card Reference Error 768. Says Downloaded 10 Songs None Download

Ready to give up - First use of card.  Am sure they were not downloaded because they were not hooked up to my MP 3.  The error was probably due to my ignorance. Too complicated - rather have refund then more aggravation.  Will continue to buy at Best Buy if this is handled to my satisfaction - just $10 card.
