Napster Says I'm Not Registered User
I have had a Napster account for several years. My checking account is automatically charged $15.88 every month. I have already been charged for March. I got a new computer and downloaded Napster. Napster is saying I'm not a registered Napster to go member and asking me to pay a fee to become a member. I am a member. Am I doing something wrong?
