Need Firmware?

The USB and card reader stop working. Where can I get the firmware original or update? Or is it over used, TRASH?

There are no downloads but a limited manual. What I'm looking for is a firmware update or reinstall original firmware. The NPB-250 is not reading the mp3 files correctly and stopping.
