Charge For Service We Didn't Have.

We cancelled our service in Nov., paid all charges that was charged to our Visa before our credit union merged with another bank. We went with another cell phone service, another card company and another credit union. How in the world and why did Net10 get our new card carrier and charge fees to our account that we no longer needed or wanted?
