The only way to deactivate a stolen phone is through the Customer Service Center 1-877-836-2386 so that the company would alert the police department as soon as the one who stole it ask for the company's service such as reactivation through the IMEI of that stolen phone.  This procedure might caught the culprit of the robbery.
