I Am Disappointed And Angry.

I have had this phone for a year. Saturday, my phone was shut down. I had aproximately 21 days and over 49,000 minutes left. After calling several representatives, I was worse off than before. I was told to enter a code #*0. This wiped out all my minutes. My son came to check on me and left me use his phone. Freddie explained to me that my phone no longer could get service in this area (after a year to the day of buying it) and that I would be sent a new one in about a week. Freddie was helpful, however, this service is unacceptable. I will be without my phone for another week, my docter was supposed to call me tomorrow, There are a multitude of reasons I need my phone. This is just unacceptable. I am upset. I depended on your phone and your service for my safety. Will my minutes and days be restored from the 29th? Will the phone actually be sent? I am upset and disappointed in your company. You knew this was going to happen ahead of time. Poor planning for such a large company.
