How Can I See Names Not Numbers Of Incoming Calls On My Net 19lg800g

on incoming calls I only see a phone no not the name of contact. how can I change that to see name of contact no phone no?

Unless this peple are in your phone book with their names,you wont be able to see them on an in coming call. You only will see their phone numbers.
