Phone # 765-212-0797

On July 4 I added 300 minutes to phone.  Got confirmation message on my phone that 300 minutes and 60 days were added.  On July 7th that changed to 49,998 minutes and 30 days,  I have talked to 7 people that will not help me straighten this out.  Please HELP.  They said I changed plans when  I added a $50 unlimited card.  I DID NOT ADD $50 CARD.  The card I added was Pin #132 911 209 527 896 for 300 minutes.  I already had 3,000 minutes left when I was to add another 300  minutes or lose unused minutes.  All I want is my 60 day 3300 minutes back.

the only people that would be able to revert your account back to normal is net10 customer service.  I know how difficult it can be to get good help for CS but just remember that if you state clearly and calmly what it is you need they should help you.  If the rep you speak to says "im sorry but there is nothing i can do"  ask to speak to a manager or someone in charge.  If they wont do that then hang up and try again with another rep.   Just dont hang up the phone until your problem has been resolved.  What you are asking to be changed is not that big of a deal and should easily be done by a CS rep in only a few minutes.  So have patience and you should be able to get your problem solved
