I Can Send Texts But It Wont Allow Me To Recive Them Y

i paid for the unlimited card its on my phone i can send messages but it wont allow me to recive messegas i need freakn help and every time i try to call tech support they dont anwser i spent an houre n thirty mins on hold this morning im not happy bout this
