No Service???? Phone Is Activated

On an android phone to find the phone number what you need to do is go to "Settings" then find and select "PHONE STATUS" or "STATUS" your phone number should be listed in that area. 

As for the no service, I would try to reset the phone by taking out the battery then putting it back in. Second is to make sure you are in their coverage area. If you tried the above and you still have nothing, then call them back and let them know and see what they can do to help. I understand that it is hard to understand some of the people in other countries because of their abilities to pronounce some english words. The best and polite way to get around this is to kindly let them know that you are having a hard time understanding them and would like to try to resolve your issue with another person.
