Reactivation...i Called To Have My Net10 Phone Reactivated And Gave The Airtime

numbers and that was over four hours ago...I call, but cannot reach a live person...I'm told to wait 15 minutes, but it doesn't reactivate...I would like to know why my phone is not on...
