This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. We do not have access to your account. You need to login to http://netflix.com, click on Your Account and cancel the membership yourself. You are being charged 5.99 for a service that Netflix is providing. It is not a free service. If you don't want, you can cancel it at any time.
