If you want to cancel, you need to either call 1-866-716-0414 or login to http:/netflix.com, go to Your Account and Help and click on Cancel Membership. This is HelpOwl - we don't have access to your account.

on your pc log ont to netflix.com click on your account and help there should be a place to click to cancel account
