When I signed up I was unaware I had to have a special wireless. So when I finally got that I called again, she told me I would not be charged for the time I could not get the netflix. It was supposed to be my free trial, and so the new one is supposed to start like the 16th of Sept. I noticed that I am being charged. Can you help me with this, and do you only have phone service when you are signing up?
