how do I remove or change the lists of suggested movies

Login to http://netflix.com, click on Your Account, then click Taste Preferences. That will change what pops up.

u can try this
Go on Netflix on your computor, go over to "Your Queue" then go under the "Instant" tab. The recently watched list is at the top of the page here, and you can click the little X next to the ones you want to remove.
Edit: That's what the netflix help section said at least, but I just tried that out myself and it's not working, lol...
I guess if you REALLY don't want them to see it you could click on a bunch of other movies to hide it back out of sight.
