when i'm on line how do i tell you which movie i want you to send me through the mail?

Browse through titles and when you find something you want, you will see a button that says "Add". Clicking that will add the title to your queue. Netflix will send you DVDs in the order that they appear in your queue. Click on Your Queue to rearrange the order in which you want DVDs shipped to you.
