Is This Playing Fair?

IF YOU HAVE A LONG LIST OF MOVIES, you might not check in for a while. So after a month I found I was only getting three of the four movies I am entitled due to your missing my return. I returned it and for over a month got shorted. NOT FAIR when we pay year after year for FOUR at a time. Is that fair to you??A yes or no will make up my continuing svce. or not. I/WE should get a credit for several missing movies we were shorted.
