Distorted Picture

Trying to watch movie on net flix but the picture is distorted with lines and colorful boxes. We have time warner cable.

Presuming you are watching a streaming movie vs. a physical DVD? You should log in to your Netflix account, go to your queue/to the movie and "Report a Problem".

If it is only when you are on netflix, then it sounds like an issue with the website. If it is an issue in general, then it is something wrong with your television.
