Enabling Netflix

I have followed the steps FOUR TIMES  to enable cookies (internet explorer) and I still get the Oops page when I try to go to your site.

It's not our site, this is HelpOwl. Go to Tools/Internet Options in your browser and clear browsing history/empty cache.
