Why Can I Not Hear Netflix On My Wii

Are you sure that you are on the correct input (ie: HDMI 2) for your Wii? Be sure to check that you are, otherwise, you won't be able to hear Netflix. You might have some audio/subtitles disabled/enabled which is causing this. Try these steps:
To enable subtitles and alternate audio in the Netflix channel on your Nintendo Wii:
- Launch the Netflix channel.
- Select a movie or TV show.
- From the description page, click the Dialog button () on the right side of the screen.
- Select your preferred audio or subtitle options.
- Click play to resume playback.
If you're still having trouble, try uninstalling and reinstalling Netflix on your Wii & then try again to see if that resolves the issue:
Watching Netflix on your Wii is easy: simply download the Netflix Channel from the Wii Shop Channel, and follow the steps below to connect your Wii to your Netflix account:
- From the Nintendo Wii Home Screen, select the Netflix Channel.
- Once launched, select Start to enter the channel.
- Select Member sign in.
- Enter your Netflix email address and password, then select Continue.
You are now logged into your Netflix account. Enjoy!
