Why Do I Get A Internet Connection Error When I Try To Use My Netflix?

it gets stuck downloading the movie at like seven percent and then it says there is an internet connection error . it was working a couple of days ago and the only thing i changed since then is that i activated my free trial of norton that came on the laptop
