Invalid Lan

We recently switched Internet providers and now our Netflix won't work on our Phillips smart tv. It's giving us a message that says invalid LAN. If anyone can help us resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

  • Okay, please follow these steps>
  • Unplug the power from the Cisco and while the Cisco power is unplugged,
  • Unplug the lan (network adapter) on the side of the TV,
  • Then power off the TV. Reconnect the power to the Cisco then turn on the TV power
  • Then reconnect the lan (network adapter).
  • Then use the TV remote to Select Network Settings Assistant,
  • Then Start now.
  • Select Wireless. Select your home network.
  • If the network has a padlock icon beside it, enter the security code.
  • Then check to see if Netflix will play.
