Iphone App Error 139

I have been trying to stream shows and movies on my iPhone 4 over 3G but I keep gettin this message: Error- a problem occurred while playing this item. Try again later or select a different item. Go to www.netflix.com/support for more information. (139)

The problem is with your ISP. I had the same problem, eventually called them and they put me on some sort of exception list. My iPod, iPhone, and iPad all work now.

Go to Settings, Safari, clear cache. Then try again.
