Problem With Streaming

Every time that I choose a movie it will slow down but the sound will still be in the same speed, so i,m watching movies where the sound and action are misplaced.

I Know the Answer!

This happens a lot. It may be your connection, which is too slow. Most of the time it works to press the Pause button on your remote, wait a few seconds, then press Play.
