Transferring Picture From Laptop To Hd Tv

if i have netflix and i am watching one of the selectiopns on my laptop via wifi... how can i transfer the picture to my hd tv?

If you have an Internet-ready TV, you can just connect directly. If you don't, you need a third-party device like TiVo, Wii, Roku, PS3, etc.
