Why Cant I Watch A Whole Movie On My Laptop,what Do I Need To Do. Ive Never See

everytime i try to watch a movie,it stop every 10 minutes,it also keeps reloading in the middle of a movie,thats bad service,i would like to keep netflix,i just want to see a whole movie. What do i need to do,,please help. Thank you netflix

It is not bad service; you have a slow computer and/or a slow Internet connection. If you remedy that, you will have a fine experience with Netflix.
