Why Won't Any Of The Movies Load And Play?

When I pick a movie it tries to retrieve it but stops a quarter of the way. It does it with all movie selections.

You  need an internet speed of at least 8-10mb per second for Netflix. There should be free tools online to test your internet speed, I would test it and see if that is what is holding you back.

Sounds like you have a slow connection, probably DSL?
