Unfortunately Netflix does not allow the user to remove things from the recently watched list. You can try watching other things so they get overshadowed by the older things you've watched already.

Unfortunately, there is no way to easy way to clear out recently watched programs. The possibilities are:

Watch programs which bumps other selections closer to the end of the list, until they eventually fall off.

Alternatively, you can delete your account, and then sign up for Netflix with another account. This will give you a fresh start, but obviously an inconvenience.

The only way to remove programs is through the "Instant Queue" or "My List":

Removing movies and TV shows from My List is easy.

On the website: Select "Remove from My List" when viewing the details of a movie or TV show.
On your streaming device: Select a title, then select "Remove from My List."
