How To Fix Netflix Error N8 106-101
After playing one episode netflix loads up to 7% of the next one then says "Whoops, something went wrong."unable to connect to netflix service. It is not my internet connection. I have reinstalled microsoft silverlight plug-in many times and it does not help. even clearing all browsing data does nothing.

There is a thread on Netflix regarding this issue. Try disabling Peer Guardian if you have it enabled.
