Netflix Stops And Starts In Full Screen Only

when watching a netflix movie with full screen enabled the movie stops and starts every few seconds but the sound is perfect any suggestions.

You need high-speed Internet to watch Netflix. If you have that, then you should contact your ISP, as you are having a connection issue.
