Wich Computer To Install The Wna3100 On The Computer That Has Internet.

I have 2 desk top computer. one is connected to a modome in one room and have access and to the internet. the 2nd desk top computer is in another room in the house with out a modome and internet connection. do i install usb WNA3100 on a coumputer without internet connection or on computer with the internet, and will i need a router on the computer with the internet to in stall the WNA3100 . or will this WNA 3100 act as a router.
